The have a excellent starting pay scale. Excellent PTO plan for all Wonderful culture of collaboration and team work

A bit chaotic due to lack of development structure and some instability in strategic direction

Sadly, the cons outweigh the pros at this juncture.

Cons

There is currently no work life balance for those who strive to do a good job. If you bring it to the attention of leadership it's brushed off and you are reminded of the very aggressive goals. There is no sense of empathy or interest in listening to associates by current leadership. Too many good people are leaving. Salaries for new associates are far higher than existing. No reward for being loyal.
