The company as a whole could benefit from additional training in business management

Constant changes and red tape to do any physical work anymore. Made safety procedures way more confusing and complicated than needed. Paperwork and forms are a constant growing addition every few months and makes doing simple jobs a thing of the past and deter employees from being more productive. No accountability with attendance and being on time, which is unfair to others who don't abuse the system.
