Pros

Excellent work environment, passionate people, and a strong desire from current employees to foster upcoming talent. They compensate their employees well, and once you get your foot in the door many internal opportunities open up. The company is very understanding of family needs, and is adaptable to working from home.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, even though the company emphasizes that it tries to maintain a strong balance. They would prefer to have overworked employees rather than too many.

Pros

Compensation is above average and most non senior leader co-workers are a joy to wrk with. Some people are allowed to work from home but it's not a standard rule. YieldCo formation was a good stroke of luck.

Cons

Work environment is hectic Pace of work is completely unsustainable Turnover is rampant Clueless Leadership knows not what it wants to be or sets a clear path for where they want to go. Employees are confused en masse Startup mentality doesn't fit the organization which has grown WAY too fast. Stock price has taken a beating from $40 last year to about $17 today.

Pros

Pay is competitive. Plant personnel are great.

Cons

When this company bought us out, there were immediate reduction in our benefits, vacation days, etc. All major decisions are made by the CEO. Corporate personnel are hard to work with, if they even try to work with you.
