      The level of knowledge and experience in the energy sector, retail, wholesale, renewable, etc. is incredible and allows others to learn a lot about what the company is working towards.

      Cons

      There isn't a very good process for implementing new ideas and/or business segments which can lead to a lack of support.

      NRG is a mission driven company with a friendly culture and humble, hard-working people.

      Cons

      The new corporate structure results in some silos thus making it hard to know what is going on in other parts of the company. Also, despite the size of the company, - 10,000 employees, there are too few people making decisions.
