      The benefits are pretty decent. The company is stable in the market.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up if you are not willing to play the big boy system. The company rather promote those who they consider "flexible". Which is really the person who will do whatever it takes to get to the top. Layoffs occur very often.

      Decent benefits, great coworkers, laid back environment.

      Cons

      Very low wages for what is expected of you. No employee value. No value of family. No flexibility. Discrimination. Do not work here if you have children, there is no work/life balance. They pretend to care, but they really don't. You are nothing more than a number on the timeclock. Horrible management and inconsistent practices. Terrible communication. Very unfair place to be if you are in administration.
