Due to recent restructure/ transformation plan, there is high turnover/ layoffs. I have been working in the company within Internal Audit for the past several years. One of the directors had been replaced with an incompetent who lacks managerial skills. She is very restrictive and will make you work within a little box. She is making certain employees overworked and points finger on them if something goes wrong. Team members are not rewarded for going extra mile. There is very low morale within the entire team.

the only con would have been lack of tech support in the scottish region and the fact our board in Japan were working from figures and not really getting a foothold on the economic downturn that Britain was heading into at that time!!!
