Employee discounts. Working with my clients. Fun team functions. Generous with vacation and sick time. The company is expanding so job security is good.

Cons

When you make a mistake or someone thinks you make a mistake they berate you via email in front of the entire department. Lots of finger pointing and zero proactive communication. The emails can sometimes contain non professional language. Which is the same language they use in the office and on the floor. Everyone is quick to blame someone else to save their own skin. It's exhausting and non productive. I loved the work but it was not worth it even with the pay and I was glad to go elsewhere. The work environment could be quite petty and toxic.
