      Pros

      Interesting technologies. Good, smart co-workers. No time to get bored. Better then average vacation time.

      Cons

      Company is growing faster then they're hiring people. Processes are still being worked out, so things aren't always silky smooth.

      Great place for a potential gold mine

      Pros

      The company is relatively small, so there is an energy of potential that's enthusiastic to employees. There is also growth in the product, as each quarter we see gains in our markets. The company takes the time to make sure that deliverables are at the best quality that can be given. As an employee, there is a sense of security in my role because my supervisor is confident in my abilities. Also, supervisor is very communicative and keeps me up to date with information that can help perform job easier. Great benefits package as well. Pay is decent and can be negotiated based on experience.

      Cons

      Company models have switched recently. Because of this, there are vendors, networking people, sales ads, etc. who are confused about the model change or have old contacts that no longer work for the company. My role in particular has a lot of downtime, which isn't a bad thing unless you thrive on being very productive throughout your work day.

      Great Company, Great Technology and Great People!

      Pros

      The technology is cutting edge. The people are extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful. Great place to start a career or continue onto new, industry leading products!

      Cons

      I think communication within the 3-4 offices should be better.
