      Exciting times to work at NTENT

      Pros

      After some years of exploring some different markets NTENT has found their place. The company is evolving daily with an improved core of employees. Working with a team of highly motivated, positive individuals makes the busy days much better. The communication has come a LONG way from where it was in the past. It is much easier for different departments to collaborate now. Everything is going in the right direction for NTENT and they truly have an exciting future to look forward too.

      Cons

      Projects come up out of no where that need immediate attention which is fine. The problem is that it seems around 50% of these task are things that people have known about for a while and could have shared the project details early. Thus, avoiding the stress of needed to get something important out the door.

      +Good job for people who are considered entry-level +Interview was not too challenging +Good atmosphere and relationships among workers

      Cons

      -Poor management -Some supervisors lack experience and skills to coordinate workers' efforts -Difficulty in moving between teams within the company -No way to anonymously provide suggestions to the managers and supervisors -Seems like a sinking ship. -No innovation

      At the Forefront of Something Big

      Pros

      Exciting mobile technologies attracting really fun clients to work with across the globe. I am consistently engaged in creating new solutions, helping manage the client, working various team to to improve what we are delivering.

      Cons

      Fewer formalized processes - you have to be comfortable finding answers where there is no manual. The Flip side of working in a fast paced environment in mobile on new apps and pushing the envelope is sometimes things break and you need to manage the situation and come up with a fix quickly.
