      Great strategy in partnering with Telco's. Partners have a desperate need for the technology Technology recently passed major milestone - Now fully mobile focused Intelligent and talented staff, fun atmosphere, Disruptive tech in a rapidly changing and fast growing market Recently hired Dan Stickel as CEO. Used to run Google's billion $$ syndication business. Know's his stuff and mgmt much better

      The NY office location isn't on the best block, but it's getting better. Potentially growing too fast which means lots of work

      Pros

      Smart and highly motivated peers. The energy, the camaraderie, and the commitment to building the best search products are some of the reasons I continue to enjoy my work at NTENT. The company has recently renewed its focus on their core search technology which is opening up more opportunities for employees. The office location in Carlsbad is awesome and has recently been expanded and remodeled – good working and “playing” environment.

      Cons

      Some days can be long, but I have found satisfaction even in the stressful days. Given the size and complexity of the problems we deal with, it's nearly impossible to avoid occasionally long days, but the office environment and nearby walking trails make the long days not so bad.

      Pros

      Great time to be at this company as it is an exciting time for them as they are starting to grow quickly in a much better direction than before. New highly reputable top management team with very impressive backgrounds. Employees are easy to work with and everyone is very close. The new CEO has very clear goals in mind and has the ability to take this company very far. He has made it a point to care about every single employee.

      Any con that ever existed has either been taken care of or is being dealt with currently.
