      Pros

      NTENT employs some of the most talented people in the search and advertising industry. This company definitely has a lot of potential for success. A great group of people work here -- positive and friendly. Overall a pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      The New York office could use a refresh decor-wise.

      Great people, horrible leadership, useless product

      Pros

      People are great. Decent midtown location. Everyone is in the same sinking boat together and realizes it so everyone tries to make the day as fun as possible.

      Cons

      No advancement. No management. No product offering that actually does anything. No future. Layoffs are rampant. Average tenure is under six months, even for management.

      Actually a fun place to work... at first.

      Cons

      Product doesn't work. Incompetent management. They will tell you anything to get you to work there. Encourage to lie to close deals. Commission not paid... or not paid on time.
