      +Good job for people who are considered entry-level +Interview was not too challenging +Good atmosphere and relationships among workers

      Cons

      -Poor management -Some supervisors lack experience and skills to coordinate workers' efforts -Difficulty in moving between teams within the company -No way to anonymously provide suggestions to the managers and supervisors -Seems like a sinking ship. -No innovation

      I loved the folks I worked with on a daily basis. Very smart and dedicated.

      Cons

      There is no long-term strategy at this company. The management in the Carlsbad office is very poor.
