      The People Make it Worthwhile

      Pros

      Teams, particularly in semantic engineering, have formed solid working relationships and have respect for each other's contributions to the goal. QA team is hard working as is Product Management. Marketing is top notch and IT support is dedicated and responsive. The Carlsbad group is a fun, hard working, caring, dedicated crew of intelligent, savvy technology professionals and they are the ones who deserve the credit for making it a great place to spend your workday.

      Cons

      Leadership and communication are lacking and employees often echo feeling out of the loop and frustrated by seemingly ever changing direction.

      Pros

      Used to be a fun team when they had a big salesforce. I think they have a very small salesforce now, so that's it for this companies pros

      Cons

      If you want to be underpaid, overmanaged, and under appreciated, NTENT is the company for you. Don't bother... Waste of time and energy

      Great people, horrible leadership, useless product

      Pros

      People are great. Decent midtown location. Everyone is in the same sinking boat together and realizes it so everyone tries to make the day as fun as possible.

      Cons

      No advancement. No management. No product offering that actually does anything. No future. Layoffs are rampant. Average tenure is under six months, even for management.
