The company is solving large, challenging and fun problems that benefit end users. * Multi-million dollar 2021 investment in latest hardware in both development and production. * This is a company that is not afraid to shed legacy baggage and debt. 2020 was certainly a bit tougher in this regard, NTENT came out into 2021 very strong, well funded and was able to offload a massive amount of legacy debt, replacing it with modern AI systems and the right mindset. * Agile and results focused ways of working - people's work gets to production! Some of the technical debt that was let go was some teams who appeared to be operating a "social club" type environment without a focus on completing meaningful work into production or an over focus on academic research that didn't make it into production or didn't work as needed/expected. * Good benefits. 401K matching is great.
