      Currently working at company for 4+ years: - Great support from smart and talented team members - Management and team members receptive to new and innovative technical solutions - Company willing to let go of old technologies and outdated ways of thinking - Heavy focus on AI and Data driven technologies - Good practices built around Agile methodologies and rapid releases (~1 per week) - Search sector always presents new exciting challenges to tackle - Room for daily innovation and personal career growth - Good company benefits (generous Holiday/PTO, 401k matching, stock options) - Good work-life balance and flexible work hours

      Cons

      - Had to support a legacy system. However, we have upgraded to a modern system (ML driven, kubernetes hosted, CI based) that has transitioned us to much better business and technology options.
