So Much Potential, So Little Wisdom

Pros

Such a smart army of employees: hard working, passionate, creative, thoughtful. Such potential with a product that has no direct competition: built-in social, built-in loyalty, built upon entertainment, etc.

Cons

And yet...such an unfortunate executive mindset. C-level leadership continually works in a 3- or 4-person vacuum, ignoring what the marketplace is asking for, what employees are craving in terms of daily leadership, vision, fair treatment, and training; and what competitors are doing that truly appeals to the industry.

ONE significant customer can ruin the company at a blink of an eye. No concern for their employees. lack of management integrity
