Pay is not only lower for industry but low for US standards. tuition reimbursement only for IT certificate programs not for master’s degree .too many job grades so it may take years to make a decent salary so negotiate when hired if possible because your pay won’t change much after that . HR will not respond to basic emails if you have any questions, happened to myself and another coworker. not sure if US HR is based in India or what seems to be the issue . I would confidently say that out of all the companies i’ve worked for it is apparent that NTT Data tries to keep your pay as low as possible. No free water at any location so you have to bring you’re own water to work. NTT DATA really needs to step up their game because they could be a much better company if they focus more on their human capital.

- My last pay raise was two years ago - They use the Bell Curve to determine yearly bonuses. Unfair to high performance teams - Very political. You advance by who you know. Too many incompetent people in mid-level management positions - If your assignment ends, you have between 3 - 5 weeks to find another position before getting furloughed
