      Flexible hours and WFH policy to accommodate family emergencies.

      Cons

      1. No transparency to their employees - we call it All Hands but there is no direct honesty to direction, vision, and future for this company and/or their employees. 2. Bench Policy is terrible, company expects loyalty but when there isn't enough projects to go around, they put you on the bench and it's see ya! Top of that, the severance you give is quite ridiculous. 3. Unqualified leaderships that are in position of power and authority that lacks the ability to lead.
