This place I have to say is one of the most horrible places I have worked for. All day long you get harassed with so and so member is on hold or so and so acw. You don’t get one on one coaching so have no idea how you are doing and what you need to improve on. Would love to know what the supes are doing all day long other than harassing. Management needs to change as it is like a prison camp high high turnover rate. Can see why. Are told no cellphones however they are able to use.

Your experience is entirely dependent upon which group you join. There are a lot of acquisitions in the company history and some had great culture, but many did not. Moving up in the management chain is more likely to happen if you worked in the same company as your upper management chain. The company says that they support flexible schedules, but if you don't badge in to the corporate office, you get in trouble.
