Overtime Work from home 1 day a week Pay alright If you desperately needing a job to pay your bills, then apply.

High turn over Uneducated & inexperienced managers Lots of gossip & office politics Eye-service is required if you want to be promoted Other reviewers saying No career growth , it’s absolutely true. NTT Data prefers to hire outsiders than within. No pay increase. Bonus is only giving to people management like and not based on performance. The incompetence in current Management in help desk department is disgraceful. Due to their management style, unable to retain clients. They keep losing good employees , eventually the entire help desk department will be nonexistent. If you looking for a company where you can build your career & grow, don’t bother applying here. They will waste your time, stay away not worth your time.

Less than hours training. No process to be hired on full time if you arent hired on full time at the very beginning. No benefits (days off, sick days, insurance) if you arent hired on full time day 1. Management is only involved to crack the whip, Have never seen positive messages, or emails. ALL EMAILS FROM MANAGEMENT COME LIKE THIS, BOLDED, HIGHLIGHTED, AND IN RED FONT. Pay issues, They will consistently mess up your pay, which they consistently break Kentucky labor laws on paying the missing wages. Consistantly break Kentucky labor law with scheduled lunches and breaks. "taking breaks past 3-4 hours from start, and lunch 6 hours from start"

Pay = thirteen dollars an hour Not a professional or positive environment After I quit, I have received 5 emails from NTT about new job opportunities and a call to ask if I was interested in a job there. I JUST QUIT!
