      Literally can't think of 1 thing.

      Cons

      I got paid $0.25 more as a contractor than a badged employee. I went from $13.50/hour to $13.25/hour. For an IT Company, their systems were pretty bad. I still have to use IE for some of their websites because they still use Java on the client side (Java isn't secure in 2018). The internet is very slow. No one really gets anything done and if something breaks, it just stays broken. I've been working 47 hours a week at 13.25/hour for the last 3 months taking non-stop calls about to go insane. I can't believe this is an actual IT company.

      Cons

      Kept on contract to train my replacements; then released when they no longer required my services. When I filed for unemployment, it was denied at first because this company stated to employment office that I had quit. So I filed and won my appeal. During this process, NTT HR offered no clarification.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros to this job. Its a salaried position that if you are asked to work OT (rarely), you get the time off later in the pay period. The pay is decent, and when you compare that to the work you are being asked to do, you definitely are winning. 1 hour lunch and free drinks and snacks (real rice krispies, gummies, chips, crackers etc). Quiet, chill, non-hectic environment. Opportunity for industry standard certifications, which is great because majority of employees only have a associates degree or military experience. There is a time commitment for the certifications btw. But they aren't asking for you to pay and be reimbursed, they give you a voucher, and they let you retake it at least once depending on the certification cost.

      Cons

      Biggest problem are some coworkers. They aren't happy with where they are in life and they come on here and take it out on the company instead of getting help. There are also people who were rightfully demoted, and decided to stick around instead of leaving. So now they openly bash the company and talk about going to interviews. Its the same people that come on here and talk about the morale being down but they are the reason. Another problem is that suggestions don't really get taken seriously, so if you want to fix a company, this isnt for you. There is not a shift differential but again, this isnt hard work. Also for the most part, its repetitive work, if you dont get why thats a problem, google it.
