      you have access to the internet so you can still put in applications elsewhere

      Transitioning from another team who was bought by the company to NTT has been the worst experience Ive ever had getting started with the company, have not been reimbursed for cost expenditures, phone, gas, etc. Terrible insurance, terrible support network no one knows what anyone does or how to get a hold of anyone in the HR department. Colleagues who joined me in the transition received their first check and the second was VOIDED took another month to get corrected. Im still receiving a paper check after 2+ months and just got the ability to enter my own time.

      It’s an okay “job”; but not career material, which is a shame.

      Pros

      - Ability to get a foot in the door regarding Cyber Security. - Job can be rather easy after several months of training. - Steady work, mildly flexible when “life” happens. - Pay is okay, for fresh grads; but don’t expect enough to stay long term. - Good to gain experience (Maxes out around 2 yrs). - Free snacks and drinks is a bonus. - Company will buy lunch on occasion.

      Cons

      - Lures in prospects promising the world; but rarely delivers. - Sadly, broken promises seem to trend. - No clear tier structure or career path to strive for. - Extreme lack of culture and company derived “vision”. - Daily duties can be adequately compared to a “sweat shop”. - 24/7 operations without shift differential pay. - Communication between departments is laughable.
