President Needs To Go

Pros

Many of the training classes are an excellent service to customers. Some great instructors.

Cons

It is very sad to see what has happened to this company in such a short time. Just a few years ago the company was voted one of the best places to work in the Denver area. Since the parent company brought in Mr. Rinn it has completely fell apart. Mr. Rinn has destroyed what was once a great company. It was not perfect, but there was a true sense of teamwork, people cared about service, the customers and each other. There is now NO LEADERSHIP and the current person in that role does not have the ability to lead, make sound business decisions or turn things around. Many of us have not had raises in many, many years, but money was wasted on new location for the office staff, with all the bells and whistles. Lavish trips for management, while our equipment is falling apart and outdated and subpar books and materials. No communication, your on your own. No training or updates.

Pros

You will meet good people with common interests, such as how much you hate your job..

Cons

Absolutely the worst job I have ever had, in my entire life… ‘seriously’. Promises during interview went away after being hired. Commission changes constantly, expecially if you are making too much money. 3% percent commission when hiring is not true since so many costs of doing business are applied prior to 3% being applied. Health insurance is a face punch. 12 days of accumulated PTO for first 5 five years which include sick and vacation. President micro-manages everything you do, and blows massive amounts of money for on-going and failed marketing initiatives to avoid saying he failed. Training room where NTT puts customers looks like something out of an abandoned building from the 70’s. Place is a revolving door… but, the door in sales is moving at light-speed.

Pros

Some good co-workers and flexible schedule

Cons

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my career. It's definitely a sink or swim scenario with them. There's absolutely no training provide to their sales people. People get hooked up with accounts and deals on your assigned territory, it depends how much your boss likes you. The CEO doesn't know what the hell he is doing and all he does is get in the way of progress. He doesn't know the first thing about leadership or creating a good working environment for his employees. They say they will help but in reality all the will do is not provide you with the help and isolate you to a point they can get rid of you. The only reason they are in business because they have like 2 to 4 accounts that provide a consistent stream of revenue. Once those are done and I really don't see them keeping their doors open too long. There's people that have been there for three or more years without a single raise and there bonus structure is a joke. You get 3% of what you sell after they take another 12% out for instructor, travel, expenses when the sales rep has already billed the customer for it. Essentially they are double dipping. Their benefits suck and are very expensive
