      Pros

      One of the posts that has been opined to be "HR driven" is mine. I'm a current employee that is with NV5 (not in HR) and HR had nothing to do with my post. Just want to set that record straight since the most recent opinion posted was based on conjecture and not fact.

      Cons

      NV5 is growing extremely fast. Certain inefficiencies are unavoidable when that is the case. If fast growth driven by hard quality work are not something you are looking for, this probably isn't the company for you. There are many other companies that have a different approach - neither is inherently right or wrong - they are just different.

      Notice how the last three or four glowing reviews have the same writing style and word use? Looks like an attempt to counter the real reviews posted previously by genuine current and ex-employees...

      Growing Company with Opportunities and Positive Energies

      Pros

      I've witnessed the growth of the company and worked with many talented and motivated people. The company is very big on developing synergies between the offices and service lines. Many of they projects come from repeat clients which means the work product is outstanding.

      Cons

      A fast growing company will experience growing pains and there will be employees that have a hard time adapting to change, even if the change is for the common good.
