      Pros

      Pay is decent. Good company that's growing. Work/life balance is okay.

      Cons

      Harp on and on about inclusion and diversity. The reality is if you're not a certain color, you will be passed over for promotion. There are some outright mean and evil people in key management positions that have been there for a very long time. That tells you that they allow bullying and hostile work environments here.

      Pros

      Pay is good, not in endless meetings like my old job. Lots of dragons to slay. Definitely not boring.

      Cons

      Starting a WFH job in a pandemic is ... interesting. There’s a lot of learning curve (to be expected), and i expect that to go on for some time.
