      - You get paid a lot of money - All remote culture - Never any lay-offs - Jensen seems like a righteous dude

      Cons

      - Constant priority shifting means most work is thrown away - Most technical "leads" are the worst combination of arrogance and incompetence - Lack of vision and "demo-driven" culture - Lack of experience building and running enterprise software

      Truly, I have never worked at a place like NVIDIA. The culture is strong, morale is high, teams are supportive of each other, and employees love their work. I've never worked at a place with so many people who are truly passionate about their work and feel like they are doing their life's work. At NVIDIA, we are trusted and empowered to lead, make our own decisions, and choose the flexible way in which we work. We are taken care of by world-class benefits and compensation. People here are very happy.

      We build the whole product - from IP, silicon, firmware, drivers, libraries to SDKs and whole applications. We are committed to a long term vision for each product line and we have the patience for the long haul. The expectations for excellence are pervasive throughout the company in all departments. NVIDIA hires great people - in every discipline where we work, we have world class experts and a deep bench. NVIDIA has a culture of help - nobody fails alone and we succeed together.

      Cons

      The work and the pressure to succeed can be intense at times, but I would not have it any other way.
