      Pros

      It's a fast-moving, highly technical work environment. There's no worry about getting bored. There are lots of opportunities to take on more responsibilities and to advance. Employees are well-compensated and there are very good benefits. Movement within the company, after a reasonable amount of time, is encouraged and is, in fact, the norm. After 8 years at NVIDIA, it's clear that the culture of honesty, accountability, and fairness is real.

      Cons

      The things that make it interesting and sometimes exciting can also make it stressful. New product introductions and new versions happen at a rapid pace and training and documentation sometimes lag behind a little making it challenging to answer customer questions.

      Pros

      ESPP plan has 2-year lock period gave good returns over past few years. CEO is very interesting person and empathetic.

      Cons

      Lack of management support, coupled with very high expectations ruins WLB. Lower ICs are also expected to perform at level of managers. Sometimes they are very cruel in giving feedback.
