Great company and vision, Best pay of Industry, facilities and benefits like insurance etc, Work Of Home as needed, best and challenging work of industry, flexible hours,

Cons

Lot of team politics and Bootlicking culture by role models to get good ratings from manager. Most of Pune Tegra Dev team not following Nvidia culture and code of conduct. Decision makers choose selfish decisions without thinking about project or company. You can't easily escalate issue to HR or higher management. If you do that your career vanishes with it. Do background study of team and then only join it.

Cons

1. Too much workload and consecutive deadlines till you get exhausted! 2. No training, even for freshers. It's all, on the field learning
