Best work life balance out of any construction job Competitve pay. weighed more towards salary than bonus Top of the line benefits NVR will do its best to find a role you excel at if youre not succeeding at your current role. Tons of work events and team outings Great place to build a career Best training in the industry

Cons

Truck required for production roles and truck reimbursement hasnt scaled up with cost of trucks. Advancements in production often require relocating Micro-management is slowly starting to creep in Job specific condition are often not accounted for, punishing difficult jobs
