They will accuse you of being a felon/criminal after becoming an employee after doing a full background check. They will hold a meeting only to single out one specific person and tell everyone how little they know about their job (which ultimately falls on management/training). Management thinks they’re above the laborers. They sell empty promises. They lie to their employees. They let people go for absolutely no reason. They don’t properly train you. They do unsafe work to make up for time In the field. For example (climb under a crane holding a 10\14 ft fully framed exterior wall just to clip staples). They don’t believe in safety they just preach it.
