Pros

Great Compensation, with an excellent job opportunity. Hire from within and also much guidance as your move forward and learn with the company.

Cons

Not many downsides. As a Rep, you have to work weekends which could be a downside. The hours are not bad at all.

Great benefits and ability to move up in the organization. The people are truly fun and quickly break down the typical work boundaries that keep you from having fun. There is also the ability to move around in the organization from sales, to production to other aspects of the business.

Cons

The type of work is seasonal and cyclical. Your job and salary can be completely dependent on the housing market.
