Pros
Great people, especially the "rank and file"; good flexibility to move to other roles in other parts of the company
Cons
Management seems to operate in a vacuum without much input from the lower levels; some are out of touch to the point of not having any real idea what their direct reports do on a daily or weekly basis. Generally very conservative - no options for hybrid work.
