Great benefits and ability to move up in the organization. The people are truly fun and quickly break down the typical work boundaries that keep you from having fun. There is also the ability to move around in the organization from sales, to production to other aspects of the business.

Cons

The type of work is seasonal and cyclical. Your job and salary can be completely dependent on the housing market.

Good pay, benefits, great upper management with good guidance and leadership. They want their employees to succeed.

Cons

tough work/life balance, hard to communicate with home office, too many people in the upper management pipeline. Sometimes the nature of the business is tough and demanding, but you have to be ready to devote majority of your time to the job.

Above average salary, good systems. Good training programs.

Cons

Poor corporate culture, work - life balance is very poor, do not value individual employees. With up turn in the industry have noticed that many employees are leaving due to being burned out and micro managing style. Everything is about the data and the numbers even if that means stepping over an employee or customer.
