Pros

Great Medical and Dental benefits

Cons

Micromanaged, Builder Controls Sr Management. Sr Management doesn't know how to do the job but micromanages to get the work done and doesn't have your back. Stay away. Poor employee morale. Nobody stays long once they realize what is going on. Underwriting doesn't have a clue. Processors are overworked and not allowed OT. Mandatory training is in Virginia for 4 days and you have to go several times a year as a new hire.

Pros

Pay. They compensate their employees well.

Cons

Everything else. Upper management does not care about anything except "share holder value", which is another way of saying compensation for C-level execs, mainly CEO and Chairman.

Pros

The absolute only pro tip this company is a higher than average salary.

Cons

It is a culture of every man for himself and no one is a team player. It is a culture of step on or be stepped on. This is the case throughout the whole structuring of the company. Instead of having one company working together you have multiple factions working against each other.
