      The management doesnt care about employees. This is a hire and fire company who always try to over exploit the engineers.

      Used to be good, still number one suppler on cellular base station power devices.

      Cons

      Business is going down. Managers just care about politics, everybody knows that some projects are going nowhere, like microwave heating.

      the people i work with are loyal, hard working and fun to work with some supervisors and managers are great; others have absolutely no formal training which I find disturbing.

      Cons

      they need to stop with the motorola country club management style if they really want to be seen as a professional community
