      Pros

      Good benefits, great people, some very cool IP

      Cons

      Top management has set a course to be #1. Great for equity partners and shareholders, but employees face constant oscillations in communications: from kudos to bullying to gossip to wide swings in focus with little explanation. Recent merger resulted in massive RIFs and left remaining employees doubling up an already doubled workload.

      Great benefits, stock plan and pay rates.

      Cons

      Management tearing apart the company to maintain their own positions. Dumping experienced employees to hire cheap new employees. No accountability for actions.

      Work is interesting. You get to work on latest technologies. Good flexibility in timings, work from home etc. 22 PTO's to start with

      Cons

      Growth is stagnant. Management is very opaque when it comes to promotion, appraisal, bonus etc. Do not see culture of sharing knowledge, experience. People are content with doing just their work without feeling any need to collaborate
