      Great management team for the most part!

      An authoritarian leadership style, micromanaging manager was left unchecked and spread from area to area. That can't be good.

      Flexible time management, good camaraderie between employees.

      Cons

      Very weak upper management team (down to SVP level) with continuous focus on the short term to justify the lack of strategy. Significant lack of accountability of key individuals resulting in extremely weak execution. The future looks very gloomy. Attrition is high in May 2018.
