      - solid base salary - good engineers - PTO is above industry level

      Cons

      - No recognition from management level, management only cares about themselves instead of caring about their employees. - Certain senior colleagues constantly looking for scapegoat to blame instead of working together to solve the issue as a team. Heavy office politics. - Bad morale, heavy workload (expect to work on weekends and at night most of the time) annual bonus is a joke. Young employees have no room to grow. - a new round of layoff is coming soon.
