      Pros

      Decent benefits, generally very flexible work arrangements outside of the factory environment.

      Cons

      Fragmented by poor management decisions from time to time. Politics from mergers has also broken up formerly strong teams. Top management is driven by messy quick-fix, very short term profits rather than true R&D focus to continue to grow in the industry, also prone to leaving risky gaps in certain areas. Culture is deteriorating.

      Reasonable Pay and benifits. Leader in the market till now. Can learn a lot and improve yourself. Policies of the company were good unless your manager

      Cons

      No work life balance. They plan the projects including your family time also. Non technical and inefficient managers. salamists will be taken care than talented as they cant understand what who has done and the significance of that work.
