      Pros

      Good pay, good technology, good upside potential with Qualcomm incoming.

      Cons

      Recent cash grab with mass layoff of higher earning employees and in territories that matter less to Qualcomm. Very rough lifestyle / workload, with large amounts of reporting for employees. Poor organizational structure makes it difficult to know who is accountable for what, making it hard to get things done for customers.

      - Open minded management team - Great working environment including desks, PC maintainance, cleaness etc. - Smart team. Good HR filter. You can learn a lot from your coleagues and from the tasks.

      Cons

      - A lot of corporate procedures; - Looking for patents too much. You cannot advance after a certain level without a patent.
