Work life balance (previously I was an auditor)

Cons

Micro management Sacrifice employee benefit to save cost Bad role model, eg. top management squeeze the staff benefit with low bonus and low increment but in the other hand they spend on some unnecessary expense like tipping RM100 and claim from the company!

- working with leading edge technologies - challenging tasks - Qualcomm integration is going smoothly

Cons

- Recruitment "department" is a total mess, they have no idea how to bring new people in - tons of work to be done and no time for it all, due to under-staffing
