      - Some teams have bad culture of increasing head weight of the mail even when its not needed.

      Very good collaboration and Quality Awareness, A lot of learnings in product development. Surely customers will get a very good product.

      Very Stressful life, tight deliverables, strict implementation, lack of participation and contribution from the plant in releasing the new product.
