      The work is always interesting, team is nice, there is a lot of international

      Cons

      Lots of work and tight deadlines, unfair compensation (compensation is nice, but not relative to skill - promotions based on time in company instead of effort, equal bonus to everyone independent of group or overtime, all-in contract for everyone)

      High tech surrounding and very nice and smart international people to work with. It is possible to learn nice things or technics every day.

      Cons

      Company to much driven by generation of Financial profits to feed the shareholders. This does not allow long term vision and investment in real disrupting technologies.
