good semiconductor company, one of the biggest in world.

Cons

Bad hiring process, they are literally ignoring good talent in the bay area. They also have very few internship opportunities.

Pros

Decent base pay, bonuses and various incentives. Good benefits, Challenging work. Not the greatest place for a software developer, but very good if you have an EE degree.

Cons

The company needs better direction and focus. Purchased by NXP recently, so things may get rocky for a while. If you live north, the drive is a real pain. More and more jobs going overseas.
