      Lots of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Career growth is non-existent. NXP has been thinning the heard for a while now. They are ok with losing people because of stagnating pay and low/no bonuses.

      Pros

      No stress job. Allows for plenty of online gaming and web surfing. Managers seem to be complacent at best. If you are a 20-30 year veteran here you are resting and vesting. If it wasn’t convenient I would have left to work at pluckers by now.

      Cons

      Absolutely no chance to learn or advance. Be happy you are employed and able to look for other jobs while here. Pretty stale environment and very depressing actually. No money for new equipment and no money to get items needed to get your job done. It’s like you have to fashion your own tools as if on a deserted island.

      You will never get wrote up no matter what.

      Cons

      Entire upper management is out of touch. Treat employees like they are expendable. No work life balance and they know it. Management does not listen to Engineering or employees opinion or suggestions. ATMC is now a sweat shop. They refuse to fire some managers because they are female.
