      Cons

      Too much politics. Upper management is only focused on the short term stock price and not on the long term future of the company or on employee growth potential. Feeling is that employees are easily replaceable.

      Pros

      World leader in RFID/MiFARE. Strong potential with recently acquired Freescale Semiconductor. Generous bonus program during profitable years. Fast-track management program for young, brilliant, 100% committed individuals.

      Cons

      Can be a frustrating place to work. Poor upper management - primary concern is current profitability and hitting very ambitious financial goals. Upper management lacks vision, doesn't know the processes used/ignored by the teams, and will not invest in building internal teams/talent to meet long term goals/profitability - focus is often on outsourcing and reducing overhead rather than investing in hiring talented people.
