      Pros

      if you have chance working for nxp, try to get experiences in different region and location. You will have chance working with different culture.

      Cons

      The pay to people with 30% ruling in the Netherland is unfair. You will have lots of works in the company and people are not working efficient.

      Pros

      good HR policies. Lots of Technology oriented work...some key good people who are from eindhoven.

      Cons

      Highly mismanaged India operations. Backend guys with little knowledge of Front end moved to Front ends and made leads/architects on behalf of good working relation with Managers. Good people are not allowed to work. Lots of politics, capable guys in front end are not given good opportunity

      the company will provide the great benefit to the employees, almost the best one of shang hai high tech company

      most managers are from tai wan which means the management is tai wan style, depends on whether you like it
