      Good work life balance. You have enough holidaies to spend Company pay large proportion of pension Good knowledge sharing, great engineering team work atmosphere

      Pros

      Interesting technology and very bright people; you can learn a lot. Good working conditions, benefits, and work/life balance. Business focus is improving.

      Cons

      Middle management is lazy and entitled. Bureaucratic, but at the same time disorganized. A stagnant culture with little opportunity for experienced outsiders.

      Excellent work culture, great people, Employee friendly, Above than average compensation, colleagues are very open and helpful, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Middle management is incompetent. Very less or confusing information flow from the top. People are assigned to jobs in random ways with no mapping in competency and job content. lot of changes happening in company in very short time frame
