Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. I am happy to see that you have a positive outlook towards Nagarro. However, at the same time, you have chosen to "Not Recommend" Nagarro and also you "Disapprove of the CEO". I hope that we can work together to address whatever reservations you have, so that your next review is a 5 star review where you at least recommend us to everyone else, and also come to see that the CEO is not so bad. In order to do so, let me first address some of the cons that you have reported. Based on a lot of feedback, over the last couple of months we have been aligning out CTC structure to industry best practices. We have now finalized and addressed most of the reported issues in the CTC structure and changes will begin to rollout soon - lookout for an announcement from HR in this regard within the next 2-3 weeks. Regarding work pressure and late stays, this can happen once in a while due to crises in projects. However, this shouldn't happen consistently. If this is happening, then you should talk to your project leadership to understand what is going on in the project and what are the reasons for consistent long hours. I am not entirely sure what you meant by "long term" as a con. If it refers to long term prospects at Nagarro, then I would like to say that they are very good. Nagarro is in one of its most exciting phases, growing fast and designing for scale. It is definitely a place that you want to be at. I would recommend that you reach out to senior management or HR to address any concerns that you have. It helps us a lot when people have constructive feedback which we can then take steps on. And thank you again for the review.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I think we are a company that has something great to offer to all levels of experience and not just freshers - but yes, if you are someone right out of college, then we are perhaps one of the best places to be due to how strong a value we place on learning and being productive as fast as possible. We do think we have a cool environment, and we would like it to be cooler. It is really important to us to have a company which makes everyone working for it proud of it - in terms of the the work we do, and the customers we have; but also in terms of how we go about doing it and how much fun we have. To address your points about locality, this is something that we have plans to address. Already our campus in Jaipur is such that we have enough space for 2500 in the same location. In Gurgaon, we have plans to consolidate towards a single campus in 2-3 years time. With regards to the CTC, I can mention that we have been spending a lot of time (due to feedback both here on Glassdoor and internally) and we should be rolling out a number of improvements soon. Finally, A2FS is a key initiative - and is always being worked upon for improvement. I really encourage you to reach out to HR or management for feedback that you have. I can't stress how important feedback for such initiatives is for us. I would be happy to hear about it myself and if you reach out to HR, they can put you in touch with me as well. Once again, thank you for taking the time to do this review.

It is unfortunate that you feel this way and it reflects something missing within us that we let it get to this point. In fact, if you are still with us, I would definitely want to spend the time, if you allow, to talk to you and understand how we can improve. If you reach out to HR, they will connect you with me. Having said that, though, I have to say that this review is a little unfair overall. It is clear that somehow we have not been able to address issues that you must have raised (in issue trackers, or to HR). So, your feedback (on there being no one listening to you and issue trackers not working) is understandable. Although, let me assure you, that issue trackers are tracked very seriously by the groups responsible for them. Other than that though, some of the other points seem to be angry reactions. For instance, the youngest member of the senior management team has 12 years of experience; the oldest has over 30 years. Yes, some of them look young, but they are not. In any case, the years of experience is not the only driver of someone's capability. And long working hours is also something that is also an unfair generalization. On average, the majority of Nagarro works 8-9 hours a day (just see how empty the offices are after 7 pm). However, there are always times when you have to put your back into it, but these are short bursts and pretty much happen in any IT organization in the world. If you are working 90-100 hours per week consistently, then there is something wrong and you should definitely escalate to HR. We do have a good set of HR policies, I believe. If there are weaknesses in them, I would love to hear them - it is feedback which helps us improve. So, I do request you to reach out to me so that we can discuss what specifically you think we can improve (I would request this even if you have left us). In the end, I do want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Every feedback helps us improve ourselves. We do want to be a highly people friendly workplace.
