Thank you for taking the time for a review. Let me try to address the areas of improvement that you mentioned in your review - I absolutely agree with the pros. Yes, we can always be more agile, but we already are some. There are teams within Nagarro which are hyper agile with highly evolved DevOps setups; there are those who are more traditionally agile; and there are those who simply aren't. The choice of how agile we can be is also influenced by the clients we work with. We can also be more agile at the organizational level and adopt some of the techniques we use in projects and customer engagements. This is something that is very interesting to us and we are working on it. Finally, it can be argued though that more processes doesn't necessarily mean less agility. In order to scale (and we have large plans to scale), a process framework is a basic requirement. Our endeavor is to have a set of processes which are lean and not bureaucracy-laden. For this reason, we also continuously evolve the way we do things. If you have specific feedback for any of the processes we have, or if you would like to understand why we have some of them, I encourage you to reach out to the process team and initiate a discussion. We love to hear feedback. Once again, thanks for taking the time to give a review on Glassdoor.

Pros

It has good training and the learning is good. Really nice HR. Most people seem to love the company. Good spirits.

Cons

Salary is less especially for those from top colleges. It can't retain them. I like the company, and would like to stay but looking at my friends from college making 15lpa on average, makes me want to look for companies with better compensation.

Thank you for your review on Glassdoor. It is our continuous endeavor to improve the experience everyone has with HR - it is really important for us that everyone who works in Nagarro is happy with the environment that they work in. We also believe that an environment of continuous learning is the only way to compete in our industry. And at the end of the day, we do want everyone to have fun. So, you mentioning some of these things in the pros gives me a lot of confidence that we are on the right path. With reference to the salary structure, we usually get benchmarked above the market average. There will always be some companies which pay much more than Nagarro can, but with comparable services companies, you will find that Nagarro is not bad at all. We are all absolutely in it to take Nagarro to great highs and are absolutely driven about it. It is a very exciting time to be in Nagarro. Once again, thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

Wow. Thank you for such a fantastic rating on Glassdoor. I agree with all of the pros that you have listed. We have these and many more. It is unfortunate that you are not with us anymore since we are really doing well and are going to get even better. Let me try to address some of the areas of improvement that you listed. On a company scale, we do have great numbers in terms of how much time people spend in the office (on average, it 40-45 hours per week). There are always pockets (difficult projects, delayed timelines, etc.) when people have to put in much more time. But these are not the norm. It is a bit unfair to generalize that managers are dumb, IMO. We do have managers who are very strong technically, and some who are not from a technical background. Neither are dumb. Also, growth prospects at Nagarro are great. I am not sure why you feel otherwise. Most of the employees who are in Nagarro for a long time are in key leadership positions. We are growing 30% every year. I would love to hear from you about your experiences which led you to have these poor impressions of Nagarro, and take the opportunity to change your mind about them. Reach out to HR and they can put you in touch with me. And what is stopping you from joining us back?
